Large octavo, pp. [1-2] [i-v] vi-xiii [xiv] 1-368 [note: first leaf is a blank], inserted frontispiece and vignette title leaf, inserted four-page facsimile manuscript, vignette title leaf printed in red, brown and black, original gray boards, printed paper label affixed spine panel, all edges untrimmed. First edition, (large paper) fourth printing. 270 copies printed on handmade laid paper of which 250 were numbered and bound. According to the publisher's records, this edition was not printed until 29 September 1883, about ten months after the first printing of the trade edition.
