Octavo, pp. [i-vi] vii [viii] 13-323 [324: blank] [note: text complete despite gap in pagination; two conjugate leaves headed "preface" and "contents," pages [v-vi] vii-[viii] are tipped in after the title leaf], original decorated gray cloth, front and spine panels printed in red and dark green. Hubin (1994), p. 822. A nearly fine copy in very good printed dust jacket with light wear and several closed tears at edges and some mild general dust soiling. (#114450).
