THE GREEN CURVE OMNIBUS. London: Faber and Faber Limited, [1942]. Octavo, original green cloth, spine panel stamped in black. First edition. Twenty-five stories, mostly war stories or topical humor, reprinting the contents of THE GREEN CURVE AND OTHER STORIES (1911) and THE GREAT TAB DOPE AND OTHER STORIES (1916), plus some other stories not previously published.
