According to the publisher's tipped in printed slip, "no copies of MEN LIKE GODS are to be sold until May 22, 1923." A late, but major Wells fantasy. Twenty centuries in the future a tourist cuts his hand in the ruins of the "Ages of Confusion." In a fever induced dream he experiences " a whole life in that old world."
