(Rottensteiner in Magill [ed], Survey of Modern Fantasy Literature, p. 2401). Bloch (2002) 3047. See Lexikon 1, pp. 250-2. Mild spine lean, a nearly fine copy. An exceptionally nice copy of this book. (#136462).
