Boldly signed by Hoover on the front free endpaper. There is a single speech by Coolidge, the remainder are by Hoover. Hoover, a Republican, was defeated in the 1932 presidential election by FDR. Among Hoover's books, this one is somewhat uncommon. Faint spot on front cover, gold lettering on spine panel very dull, but lettering is readable, a very good, presentable copy with tight and clean interior. (#144006).
