First printing of the Miller edition. The first edition was published in London by Chapman and Hall in 1847. Miller's edition has different stories and it may not have the same stories in J. Wiley's 1848 edition. This is the first printing of Miller's edition. Several stains and scuffs to cloth, inner hinges cracked, front free endpaper missing, somewhat shaken, scattered spotting and soiling to text pages, tide marks to margins of some leaves and plates, a fair to about good copy.
