An early version of this survey issued prior to its publication in EXTRAPOLATION, May 1971, in a somewhat different version. This copy has the rare supplemental sheet. There was a later 39-page revised edition. A seminal work in the history of academic interest in SF. Myers C50. Several paperclip stains, a bit of foxing along the left margins of several leaves, leaf 19 is partially stuck to leaf 18 at the left fore-edge, a very good copy. (#162829).
