Collects seventeen stories, most first published in the 1950s, "the House of Moonlight," published separately as a book by The Prairie Press in 1953. Along with COUNTRY GROWTH (1940) and SAC PRAIRIE PEOPLE (1948), the major repository of the Sac Prairie stories published during Derleth's lifetime. Wilson 544.
