Single sheet, 26.5 x 35 cm (10 1/2 x 13 3/4 inches) on sheet 28 x 43 cm (11 x 17 inches), folded as issued. Map, printed in red and black, showing the "Circle of Enchantment, the Paradise of the Sierras," with three ancillary maps. A very detailed promotional map for Mammoth Lakes and the adjacent High Sierra which shows local attractions, roads with calculated mileage, trails, and the locations of local businesses, including lodging and pack stations. The three ancillary maps are: Detail map Mammoth Lakes; Detail map Devil Post Pile; and Highway Detail. The map is rubber stamped "Compliments, Lutz Grocery, Mammoth Lakes, J. E. Lutz" in two printed boxes for advertising by area merchants. The region is still a popular destination for fishing and skiing. Minor stain on back just visible in one spot on front, very good or better. OCLC reports one copy, at the University of California Los Angeles. (#164483).
