This brochure compiled by the Merced County Chamber of Commerce Road Committee promotes the Merced-Coulterville-Yosemite Road, the only road authorized by the federal government for motorized travel into Yosemite Valley. In addition to advertisements by local businesses serving the Yosemite tourist trade, the brochure includes a detailed road log and the revised 5 August 1913 "regulations governing the admission of automobiles in the Yosemite National Park."
