F., Publishers, n.d. [1873]. Mammoth plate albumen photograph, 43 x 55 cm (17 x 21 1/2 inches), on the original mount with title and imprint printed on a paper strip pasted beneath the image. Bradley & Rulofson became Muybridge's agent in 1873. This is probably one of the forty-five 17 x 21 inch mammoth photographs taken by Muybridge in the Yosemite region during the summer and fall of 1872. Some yellowing to image and some fading to background, shallow chip at left edge of the image, very good. Professionally matted and framed. (#165129).
