This brief addressed to "The President" is an interesting exposition of San Francisco's case for Hetch Hetchy, It was printed to supplement his "Brief" (1907) prepared for the rehearing on the city's application held on July 27, 1907. Collected in Marsden Manson [and others], Efforts to Obtain a Water Supply from Tuolumne River (1907). Wrappers just a bit tanned and dusty, a very good copy. Provenance: Francis P.
