The map, showing towns, roads, mining claims and mills, is not found in most copies of this prospectus. "Sutro describes the Comstock Lode and its importance to Nevada. This is among the earliest promotional works concerning the tunnel" (Paher, p. 374). Paher 1927 (not mentioning the map).
