The woodcut illustration on the rear cover is captioned: "The Cathedral City of Mexico." Promotes the 1891 seventh season of Mexico tours. The third 1891 tour advertised on the front cover, a forty-day tour of the Southern states and Mexico leaving March 10, 1891 and returning April 18, 1891, is described on pages 161-179. The descriptions of the three tours include day-by-day itineraries as well as detailed information on the towns, cities, accommodations and points of interest, as well as clothing to bring, books on the regions to be visited, etc. There is a brief mention of travel to the Yosemite Valley and Big Tree groves by way of Brenda and Raymond on pages 145-146. Not in Rocq (1970). Wrappers a bit tanned and dusty, wrappers also a bit brittle with some loss at edges (mostly to the rear wrapper), some internal tanning to about half of the pulpy paper gatherings, a sound, good copy.
