Three Orotones, photographs printed on clear glass with highlights of gold powder, in a single wood and gesso frame. The center photograph measures approximately 27.5 x 35 cm (10 3/4 x 14 inches); the two flanking photographs each measure approximately 27.5 x 17.5 cm (10 3/4 x 7 inches). Mount Watkins and Mirror Lake is at the left, El Capitan is at the right, and in the center, up the Valley along the Merced River with North Dome, Royal Arches and Washington Column on the left and Half Dome on the right. The central image has a small abrasion at the upper left corner, the others are fine. The photographs are in the original frame, overall approximately 34.5 x 80 cm (13 1/4 x 31 inches). The frame is just a bit scratched and worn. (#166460).
