An elaborate prospectus that is both a history and a detailed report on the company's assets, with photographs and double-page "section plans of a portion of subterraneous workings of the Union Mine, Cerro Gordo." The sections are a description of the Cerro Gordo District, history of the Cerro Gordo Mine (including location, equipment, resources and opportunity for investment), an "expert report on Cerro Gordo Properties" written by E. O. McGrath at the request of Henry T. Welch, President of the Four Metals Mining Company, and Board of Directors, dated Keeler, Cal., 25 November 1907, that concludes with a list of properties held by the company, including structures, and a promotion of the property to the small investor which "will produce immense fortunes."
