On gray card stock mount measuring 9x18 cm. Rounded corners, verso is plain, no imprint or title label. The card has the "Sun Sculpture Trademark" logo. Millwood was a Fresno County sawmill town established in 1891 where timber was milled, dried and sent by a 54-mile flume to Sanger, including trees cut in the privately owned Sequoia grove in Converse Basin. In its heyday Millwood had a seasonal population of more than one thousand, a thirty room hotel and all facilities of a complete town. In 1910 the operation was moved to Hume. Today nothing remains of Millwood. Fine. (#167652).
