First edition. Includes a 9-page chapter titled "Camping in the Yosemite," the author's descriptions of the landscape viewed on a short trip by horseback to the Yosemite Valley in Autumn (no year given). No details of the trip, just Rutgers' colorful impressions of the grand scenery of the region. Cloth worn at edges and lightly soiled, a good to very good copy.
