Twenty plates, each approximately 18.5x13.2 cm, with captioned photographic images (each approximately 14x10.5 cm), laid into blue-gray cloth portfolio titled in gold and ruled in blind. The subject of one of the views, the Stoneman House, opened in 1888 and was destroyed by fire in 1896. Margins of several plates a bit tanned, very good or better overall. The portfolio is a bit dusty and lacks most of the cloth tie. OCLC reports two copies (Bancroft Library and Claremont Colleges). (#168602).
