At head of title: "Department of the Interior / Hubert Work, Secretary / National Park Service / Stephen T. Mather, Director." Imprint "ENGRAVED AND PRINTED BY THE U.S. GEOLOGICAL SURVEY" in lower margin of front panel. The recto has two maps: "Map Showing National Parks in California with Principal Connecting Automobile Highways" and "Guide Map Showing Roads in Yosemite National Park" and tables of distances to and from various California destinations to Yosemite Valley. The verso is "Guide Map Showing Roads in the Yosemite Valley" and "Excerpts from Automobile and Motorcycle Regulations Governing Use of Roads in Yosemite National Park for the Year 1923." The earliest dated version of this map reported by OCLC is for the year 1924; other editions reported are dated [1928] and 1932. LWC has copies dated 1923, 1924, 1928, 1933, 1934, 1935, 1936, 1937 and 1941. Vertical center fold, some creasing and wrinkling, but a very good copy. (#169554).
