"Our Feather Farm" is set in South America and involves Ostrich farming. "The Phantom of Deadmoor Tower" is a rationalized ghost story. "The Jamsetjee Jeejeebhoy" is a nautical story set in the South China sea. CHAMBERS'S JOURNAL (1832-1956), a Scottish penny paper, was the direct inspiration for Dickens's HOUSEHOLD WORDS and ALL THE YEAR ROUND. A fine copy. (#169908).
