Notifies McCauley that he will be on vacation in France for the next month, and will McCauley please make sure that his two latest collections of macabre tales, AND AFTERWARD and HERE BE DAEMONS, are submitted for consideration by the fantasy awards panel. He complains that his writings of the previous year ("some of my best books") weren't even considered (presumably because they were not submitted). Kirby McCauley was probably the most important literary agent of horror, fantasy and sf writers in the boom years of the 1970s and 1980s. Faint creases where folded for mailing, fine. (#102317).
