BLACK AND WHITE [short story]. TYPED MANUSCRIPT (TMs). 12 leaves, double-spaced, typed on rectos of plain letter-size paper, ribbon copy, handwritten revisions by Bradley and copy-editing throughout. Pp. [1]-12. A post-catastrophe tale set in Harlem. It appeared in the November 1962 issue of Amazing, and was reprinted in THE DARK INTRUDER AND OTHER STORIES (1964). An old title, "The Oldest Fable," has been crossed out by hand, as has "Hunter," above which is penciled, "Greengrass." The author's name and Rochester, Texas address are typed on upper left corner of the first page (and crossed out in blue ball point ink). "Ackerman Fantasy Agency" rubber-stamped on upper right corner. Edits have been made in black marker, pencil, and blue ball point pen. Paper tanned at edges, rust stains and faint indentations from old paper clip, a bit rumpled, very good. (#104812).
