Festus Pragnell (Frank William Pragnell, 1905-1977) was a British policeman and author of pulp fiction active mostly in the 1930s and 1940s. This represents the revised edition of his first SF novel, originally published in 1936 as THE GREEN MAN OF KILSONA, about a voyage into a miniature world.
