ASTRONAUCI. POWIESC FANTASTYCZNO-NAUKOWA. [The Astronauts]. [Warszawa]: "Czytelnik" Spóldzielnia Wydawniczo-Oswiatowa, 1951. Octavo pp. [1-6] 7-334 [335] [336: blank] [337: contents] [338: colophon], cover designed by Jan Samuel Miklaszewski, pictorial wrappers. First edition. Lem's first published SF novel, a depiction of an ideal, socialist utopia. Basis of a 1960 film, Der Schweigende Stern.
