First edition with these illustrations. A presentation copy inscribed by Blaine in 1965 to Burm Ham that incorporates a fine full-page original two-color drawing of Ham as Candide enticed by a nude woman on the verso of the half title leaf. Gold stamping on spine panel dull, else a very nice copy. (#159194).
