(#163931) ASTRO-JET: JOURNAL OF THE GLENDALE ROCKET SOCIETY. July 1945, number 10.

Glendale, California: Glendale Rocket Society, July 1945 (number 10). Octavo, single issue, letterpress, self wrappers, stapled as issued. This is the second issue of ASTRO-JET, the first printed by letterpress. ASTRO-JET replaced the BULLETIN as the official publication of the Glendale Rocket Society and, for purposes of continuity, retained the numbering of the BULLETIN. This issue has an article on solid propellant experiments run on test stand number 4. The Glendale Rocket Society was founded 6 January 1943 by George James. The name of the society was changed to the Reaction Research Society on 31 March 1946. A fine copy. Early issues of ASTRO-JET are very scarce. (#163931).
