Four-color brochure with a stunning birdseye view of Lake Tahoe and vicinity "painted by Gerald A. Eddy, Glendale, Calif.," that occupies the entire verso of this promotional piece, undated but produced in the early 1950s. It shows automobile roads, local towns and resorts, and scenic points of interest. Identifies Squaw Valley, opened on Thanksgiving Day, 1949, but issued before the 1960 Winter Olympics. A smaller map locates dozens of lodges, resorts and other properties offering tourist accommodations. The other smaller map shows California automobile routes to Lake Tahoe.
