Three typed letters, signed (TLs) dated 1909, from Reliable Dayton sales managers to E. S. Thompson, later Reliable Dayton Auto Agency, Oakland California. All three letters forward the names and addresses of prospective buyers of Reilable Dayton motor cars residing in the San Francisco Bay Cities. The Reliable Dayton was a high wheeler American automobile manufactured in Chicago, Illinois, from 1906 to 1909. The car was built in a factory that would later be the home of the Fal-Car, a name derived from the company's backers, Fauntleroy, Averill and Lowe. The Fal-Car was produced until 1914 at which time the company's assets were liquidated at auction. The letters are in very good condition. (#167658).
