Carbon copy, corrections in pen and pencil throughout. Signed by Leiber on the recto of the first leaf. A classic urban fantasy and fine pastiche of Lovecraftian cosmic horror, in both structure and content. First published in OVER THE EDGE (1964), an original anthology edited by August Derleth. Collected in Leiber's NIGHT MONSTERS (1969). First and last leaves lightly creased, old paperclip indents at top left edge, very good. (#174579).
