Verso is "Objects of Interest in the Vicinity of North Conway." In 1864 James Thompson Randall bought a boarding house on the north end of Main Street in North Conway, NH. In 1902 the original structure burned down. It was rebuilt in time for the 1903 season by Henry Harrison Randall, James' son. The second Hotel Randall also succumbed to fire, prompting the construction of the current structure built in 1926, now known as the Eastern Slope Inn Resort. Now an elegant four-season resort, the property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. A nearly fine copy. (#178964).
