Morse, title page printed in red and black, nineteenth-century quarter brown leather and marbled boards, green leather title label affixed to the spine panel, top edge gilt. First U.S. edition. One of four short stories published as AT THE GHOST HOUR. Man encounters malignant ghost (probably a vampire) of a former lover. Belier (1978), p. 99.
