Promotional brochure that includes advertisements for various local tourist attractions as well as the San Diego Southern Railway Company's guided tour to Tia Juana, Mexico, and side trip to Sweetwater Dam. The brochure includes a 4-page illustrated promotion for the Little Landers colony in San Ysidro partially written by its founder William E. Smythe. Rocq (1970) 7500.
