In 1904 Robert Hobart Davis (1869-1942) was hired as fiction editor of the Munsey magazines where he promoted and published many new writers including Edgar Rice Burroughs. A fine copy in very good dust jacket with some edge wear, shallow chipping at head of spine panel and upper corner tips, and some dust soiling to rear panel. (#94720).
